Continuous addition of fertilizer is done after every harvest to boost yields in the next flowering season. Selection of seedling suppliers is essential to ensure the seedlings have reached maturity and can survive on their own. The recommended maturity period is one year of nursery care. A mature well-kept tree produces up to 120 kilograms of fruits within five years.
